SALES EXECUTIVE, SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Results to be achieved by this position:

• Generate and prospect a minimum of 4-5 quality leads per month
• Have a conversion rate of 50% on all leads or 3 clients per month
• Secure 4 new sales from previous customers per quarter
• Help market the company by distributing flyers and your business card to prospective leads
• Follow up leads with written proposal and cost estimates to clients in person
• Monthly sales goal of 40k per month

Work Requirements (duties/responsibilities) for this position:

• Ability to travel to sales meetings during the day and evening board meetings
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department
• Prospect for qualified leads daily
• Spend 50% of sales time prospecting other targeted markets outside of churches
• Prepare monthly progress sales reports
• Spend 5 hours per week calling to generate leads
• Highly Creative ideas

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this position:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience needed for this position:

• 3 or more years in a sales position
• Knowledge of sound system or video system preferred

25k per year profitable tiered commission system AT GOAL 30K WITH UNLIMITED POTENTIAL
